• Onboarding and training: Support new sellers through the onboarding process, train them on using the platform effectively, and provide ongoing assistance.
• Relationship building and communication: Build strong relationships with sellers, understand their needs, and address their concerns proactively.
• Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor seller performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.
• Target achievement: Strive to consistently exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to Meesho's overall growth.
